Overview
ORD Studio is a digital studio based in Chișinău, Moldova, offering website design, development, automation systems, business operating systems, monthly support, and related digital services for founders and small businesses. These Terms of Service outline the rules and expectations that apply when you engage with ORD Studio or use its services. By proceeding with any service inquiry, proposal acceptance, or payment, you agree to these terms.
Services
ORD Studio provides website design and development, automation setup, CRM and tool integration, client intake systems, ongoing support retainers, and related digital work. The specific scope of any engagement is defined through a proposal, brief, or written agreement between ORD Studio and the client. Services begin only after mutual agreement on the scope, timeline, and applicable terms.
Project Scope
Every project is scoped individually based on your business needs, goals, and the specific deliverables agreed upon. Work outside the original agreed scope is not included by default. If new requirements emerge during a project, they will be assessed separately and may require revised timelines and pricing. ORD Studio will communicate any scope concerns before proceeding.
Final delivery is defined by the agreed project scope. ORD Studio does not guarantee deliverables beyond what is explicitly included in the engagement agreement.
Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, brand assets, content, written approvals, and timely feedback at the stages where they are required. Delays in providing these items may directly delay the project. ORD Studio will not be held responsible for project delays resulting from incomplete or late submissions on the client side.
The client is also responsible for ensuring that any content, assets, or materials they provide do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. ORD Studio is not liable for legal issues arising from client-supplied materials.
Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith based on the agreed scope and normal working conditions. Actual timelines may vary depending on project complexity, the speed and quality of client feedback, the availability of required assets, and the volume of revisions requested. ORD Studio will communicate timeline changes as they arise. Delays caused by the client do not entitle the client to a refund or compensation.
Revisions and Changes
Revisions within the agreed scope are handled as part of the project. Requests for changes that fall outside the original scope, including changes of direction, added features, or additional pages, may require a revised proposal. ORD Studio will always clarify whether a request is within or outside scope before committing additional time or resources.
Acceptable Use
ORD Studio reserves the right to decline or discontinue work that is determined to be unethical, illegal, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise outside the values of the studio. This includes projects that promote harmful products or services, spread misinformation, or exploit vulnerable populations. Work already completed up to that point remains billable.
Third-Party Services
Many projects rely on third-party platforms including hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, CRM tools, scheduling software, email platforms, and automation services. ORD Studio is not responsible for outages, failures, pricing changes, policy changes, or data loss caused by any third-party platform. The client assumes responsibility for third-party accounts and subscriptions used in their project.
No Performance Guarantee
ORD Studio builds and delivers professional digital systems and websites to the best of its ability. However, the studio does not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue increases, search engine rankings, lead volume, conversion rates, or any other performance metric. Results depend on many factors outside the studio's control, including market conditions, client follow-through, and how systems are used over time.
Agreement to Terms
By engaging with ORD Studio through any channel, including website inquiries, email, calls, or payment, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services provided by ORD Studio and may be updated from time to time. Continued engagement after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
